The Zambia Institute of Estate Agents ZIEA is a statutory body enacted by an Act of Parliament, the Estate Agents Act No. 21 of 2000 with a mandate to register estate agents and regulate the practice and business of estate agents in Zambia.
As ZIEA continues to promote professionalism, ethics and compliance in the real estate sector, members of the Institute play an important role in sharing knowledge and encouraging best practice in the industry.
